If you receive an unsatisfactory bottle, we will always replace, refund, or recommend another wine we think you’ll love – and there is no need to return the bottle to us.
If you do not enjoy a bottle you ordered, simply get in touch with Camihomme, let us know you did not enjoy this wine and will be more than happy to replace the wine with something else we think you’ll love or refund the full amount to you.
We will replace any wine or merchandise purchased from our store if you are not 100% satisfied with the product.
Terms and conditions apply:
1. Only one bottle is opened.
2. The remaining cases are in their unaltered original packaging.
3. The duration of the refund policy is 30 days from delivery.
